Your Game Needs a Face Lift

Research now shows that the lack of natural talent is irrelevant to great success. What is the secret? I am traveling across the country this spring, visiting many US cities. I will be sharing these secrets and more on the Secrets Revealed Tour. The secret to success is painful demanding practice and hard work

This is the formula Tiger Woods used all his life. In fact, after he worked very hard, he add another ten per cent on top of that.

Winners are fond of saying, “you either got it or you do not”. There is no such thing as “it”. Natural gifts do not exist. Tiger was not born a golfer. You will achieve greatness only through an enormous amount of hard work over many years.

Your work must be specific, demanding and almost painful.

I worked through five complete levels in The Masters of Art in Pocket Billiards program while I was blind. A damaged nerve in my left leg shot my entire body full of pain. There was nothing natural about all of that. Now I am enjoying some good numbers simply because I stuck to it. I understood it was going to be hard.

I think you could say that I was disciplined in what I was doing. I had determined that I would go through the twelve levels in the Masters of Art in Pocket Billiards and demonstrate just how effective this program is for my students. Now I am just about to finish level ten. Discipline is what drove me out to the garage and discipline will carry me to success in my chosen field.
Hard work means nothing unless it finds itself in deliberate practice.

Are you willing to follow a specific program that measures your progress? It’s not easy to find out you lack skills and you are no where near the level you strive for.

Your practice must be specific and provide you with accurate feedback
Two Secrets Revealed. Your work must be deliberate. Your work must provide you with feedback.
